In the early days of the X-Men there were five students; Scott Summers, alias Cyclops; Jean Grey, alias Marvel Girl; Warren Worthington the third, alias Angel; Henry McCoy, alias Beast; and Bobby Drake, alias Iceman. These five were lead by the wheelchair bound psychic force, Professor Charles Xavier. They adventured around the world, visiting the strangest and most fantastic of places, despite the fact the world hated and feared them.
Then came Krakoa, the Living Island, years earlier than it happened in the comics. The original X-Men were captured, and a new team formed, however, instead of the originals leaving, they stayed and became the first other teachers besides Xavier, while Cyclops continued adventuring with the new team.
This small change in this reality led to a delay in the Sentinels, as Trask's hatred of mutants grew, so did his designs' power. If anything, this change led to a darker tomorrow.
The Brotherhood of Mutant Supremacy, or the Brotherhood of Mutants were the first attacked by the Sentinels, half of their membership at the time was captured, however, Magneto, who had disappeared with a being called the Stranger reappeared on this day and started a new era for mutant kind, the era of homo-superior.
This led to many mutants leaving to Asteroid M, some, those restless and tired of the way their kind has been treated have become the current line-up of the Brotherhood, while others have become Acolytes, the Acolytes run Asteroid M, live there, and tend to the wounded and Magneto. They are the power behind the Brotherhood.
The X-Men however never left their school, they could not, and so, built several gene-cloaks, one, underneath the grounds, and several in the X-Men's uniforms. Unlike mainstream comics, the X-Men's uniforms are yellow and black/blue, they are gene-cloaked and are made for stealth, since the menace is meant to be avoided before confronted.
As all of this is happening, a group of archaeologists discovered a five thousand year old tomb, lost to the ages, and have discovered the first one, a powerful warrior whose title in Egyptian is En Sabah Nur. What he adds to this has yet to be seen, but one thing is certain, the Apocalypse is rising.
Can you feel it?
Marvel: The Age of Heroes
So far, Marvel: The Age of Heroes hasn't been picked up, so to speak, however, while it is still under construction, it is about the modern life of a hero, his private life, his battles, his troubles and his victories. It is also set in the same continuity as X-Men; Rise of the Apocalypse II

DC Returns The RPG based on Superman: The Movie, Superman II, Batman Begins and Superman Returns, this site is kinda slow, but that's so this one and my other can get a proper push into activity. However, join up, and have some fun with DC's new beginnings.
